● Court never sacked NDDC Interim Management Committee says Lawyer

The Abuja division of the Federal High Court has clarified that it never made an order sacking the Prof. Dabiel Pondei-led Interim Management Committee (IMC) of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).

 

This is based on an announcement made out there to newsmen on Saturday in Abuja.

 

The assertion mentioned Justice Ahmed Mohammed solely granted depart to the candidates to start authorized actions in opposition to the interim administration board of the NDDC.
