PDP Chieftain Hon. Wuese Tyopev Decamps To APC With Supporters In Benue

The former chairman of Ushongo local government and chieftain of the PDP Hon Wuese Tyopev yesterday led thousands of PDP supporters to join the All Progressive Congress with a call on other Ushongo sons and daughters to leave the evil party saying it doesn’t have the interest of the people at heart.
Hon Tyopev stated this yesterday in Ge-Mbagwa primary school in Lessel venue of the decamping ceremony. The event which saw movement from other political parties such as Social Democratic Party (SDP), African Democratic Congress (ADC) to the APC was attended by the executive officials of the party.
Speaking at the event Chief Mrs Mimi Adzape Orubibi, the APC senatorial candidate in Benue North East Senatorial district called on the people to come out massively on February 16 to vote president Buhari, Governor Emmanuel Jime, Barr Benjamin Wayo, herself and all the other APC candidates in the party.
The member representing Kwande/Ushongo Barr Benjamin Wayo informed party supporters at the venue that PDP has nothing to offer Nigerians. The honourable member stated that if anybody used his brother to increase the herdsmen crisis in the state and is using that as a campaign strategy such evil plans should be resisted by the people come next month.
Also speaking the House of Assembly candidate for Ushongo state constituency Hon Lee Ahenjir who gave a brief message encourage Ushongo people who are known for resisting bad government to do same come next month. The climax of the event was the handover and destruction of PDP and other party’s cards for destruction.
