About 31 recorded death in a fresh boko haram attack

Over 31 persons have been killed today as Boko Haram attack
Damboa local government area of Borno state.
The attackers struck in Abacahri village, along Damboa/Chibok
road, while the residents were returning from the Eid-el-Fitr
celebration.
Many were also said to have been injured and are currently
receiving treatment in Damboa General Hospital.

Is it right for Federal Government to dialogue and compensate killer herdsmen and bandits?
