A Federal High Court sitting in Jos on Tuesday ordered the Inspector-General of Police (I-GP) and Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mr Abba Kyari, accountable for Intelligence Response Team (IRT), to provide a suspect earlier than it lifeless or alive.
