Ofe Ugu
Ugu Soup
Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients???
Akwu(palm nuts) “a very small quantity”
Ofor (thickener)
Stockfish
Dried fish(Azu Asa)
Dried meat(Anu kporonku)?
Fresh ?
Ogiri(native seasoning)
Seasoning(knorr)
Pepper
Crayfish
Salt
Uziza leaves
Pumpkin leaves and of course
Water??
I love this Soup…Do u????
Recipe ???
Boil d banga and extract the juice keep aside
Steam ur meat and fish with a little water
Because u will still add the banga juice to it
After d meat must have steam very well u then pour the banga juice allow to boil u then add the ofor or whatever u are using as thickener then u allow to boil u then add other ingredient’s like crayfish, pepper, ogiri, and ur remaining cubes allow to boil then add the uziza give it some second , and then add ugu and bring it down
