Boil d banga and extract the juice keep aside
Steam ur meat and fish with a little water
Because u will still add the banga juice to it
After d meat must have steam very well u then pour the banga juice allow to boil u then add the ofor or whatever u are using as thickener then u allow to boil u then add other ingredient’s like crayfish, pepper, ogiri, and ur remaining cubes allow to boil then add the uziza give it some second , and then add ugu and bring it down
