Job Title: Client Relation Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with requests at center and on the phone
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to students & parents
- Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner
- Educate customers about current technologies & their suitable benefits.
- Contribute to team’s daily sales goals
- Achieving the sales target and all sales objectives at the branch.
Qualifications
- Graduate (With NYSC) only.
- Minimum of 3 years’ hard core sales experience in a reputable organization.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrated selling skills
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Sex: Female.
