Rights activist, Joe Okei-Odumakin, has decried the proliferation of unlicensed firearms within the nation, saying it was fuelling the killings by armed bandits.
She mentioned the uncontrolled firearms within the circulation was chargeable for the worsening safety state of affairs in Nigeria. Odumakin spoke alongside Prof. Dele Adetoye on Sunday in Ado Ekiti, the Ekiti State capital, on the first Comrade Bunmi Ojo Memorial Lecture.
