Barring any unexpected growth, the extremely fashionable rice mill, being constructed by Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River State in Ogoja, will likely be accomplished by December.

Odey disclosed that “on completion, over 20,000 employees will be engaged to meet the basic three shifts work style in the milling factory.”
