WHAT WE OUGHT TO TEACH IN CHURCHES

Share

Don’t just excite,
motivate or make people feel good or just praise & worship God
because that’s not only why churches were established. We
should divide the truth and also warn the people about sin.
Limitation is not specialization, There is so much in Jesus thus we
shouldn’t just take a fragment of the gospel and preach. There are
things we as ministers were commanded to teach but there are
people in ministry who are teaching things they’re not supposed to
and the Bible calls them unruly meaning they don’t subject
themselves to check/regulations also the Bible calls them
‘vaintalkers and deceivers’ [Titus 1:10-11] For there are many
unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the
circumcision: Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole
houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre’s
sake. There are people injected into the gospel to discredit true
preachers that’s why we should always have to let their mouths
stopped by raising a standard of truth as against their deception.
Tell people that Jesus never broke coconut nor did he give people
grass to eat neither did he have a pond where people come to
fetch water for their miracles should we be silent and allow evil
drive by??? Do your part to see that their mouths be stopped They
often think they’ve gotten an ultimate revelation for example those
teaching the lascivious, twisted and hyper grace. [1 Timothy
6:2-3] And they that have believing masters, let them not despise
them, because they are brethren; but rather do them service,
because they are faithful and beloved, partakers of the benefit.
These things teach and exhort. If any man teach otherwise, and
consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord
Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;
[1 Timothy 4:1] Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the
latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to
seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; For every gift of the
spirit, there are demonic counterfeits so don’t just bring people to
your ministry as a pastor – For prophecy, there’s divination – For
word of knowledge, there’s sooth saying – For miracles there’s
magic – For power there’s lieing signs and wonders You can speak
grammar for people but when we get to heaven… you can’t speak
grammar for Jesus Ministries that are teaching what they’re not
supposed to, the Bible says they subvert(overthrow or corrupt)
whole houses. There are certain messages you’ll preach and there
are certain people that will never be under your ministry – It’s
better to be an usher in a decent church than to be an occultic
general oversea of a church because The devil can never out bless
God Until you hear ‘well-done good and faithful servant ‘ you’ve
not made it in ministry what do we ought to teach – the things that
Christ taught – the things Christ later gave the disciples [Matthew
28:19-20] Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in
the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have
commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end
of the world. Amen. Everything the apostles preached is the
method, character & values of Jesus Christ who commanded us to
teach:- 1. Jesus taught not every one that says lord lord shall
enter into heaven [Matthew 7:21-22] * whereas some are teaching
that anybody can enter heaven no matter what a person does 2.
Jesus taught us to hear His sayings and His word [Matthew 7:24]
* Nothing can be removed from the powerful name of Jesus but
that same Jesus has exalted his word above his name 3. Jesus
taught ‘be ye perfect as your father is’ [Matthew 5:48] * Nobody is
perfect is a situation he lamented over and not a doctrine he
commanded us to teach 4. Jesus also taught that an evil and
adulterous generation seek after a sign [Matthew 12:39] * For
where the word of a king is, there’s power but these days people
will tell you to leave a church if there’s no power 5. Jesus taught
us not to labor for the meat that perisheth [John 6:27] *
Meanwhile some churches today teach more about prosperity than
eternity 6. Jesus taught that there’ll be judgement [1 Peter 4:17]
7. Jesus taught about purity [Matthew 5:8] 8. Jesus taught us to
be merciful [acts 17:30] [1john2:1] 9. Jesus taught about Hunger
for righteousness [Matthew 5:6] 10. Jesus taught about
willingness to forfeit some earthly things if that’s needed to obtain
some heavenly benefits [Matthew 19:21] 11. Jesus taught us
about what determines your place in heaven [Matthew 5:19] 12.
Jesus taught us about hell 13. Jesus taught about sin [luke 11:4]
14. Jesus taught about repentance [luke 13] 15. Jesus taught
about his second coming [Matthew 5:31] [Luke 18:8] 16. Jesus
taught about sanctification [John 17:17] 17. Jesus talked about
the end of times [Matthew 24] 18. Jesus talked about rapture or
‘caught up’ [John 14:1-3] [1 Timothy 4:15-16] Meditate upon
these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may
appear to all. Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine;
continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself,
and them that hear thee. All of the things Jesus taught, the
apostles taught also and he commanded us to teach everything
Failure to preach what Jesus taught will damn your soul and those
that hear you. Understand that when you preach everything, * God
will approve you [2 Timothy 2:15] * Power will be at work in your
life and ministry [Mark 16:20] * If you preach these things you’ll
receive the reward [1cor 3:13-15] * When we preach these things,
we sustain our name in the book of life and otherwise will be the
opposite * If you live a holy life as a preacher but you didn’t
preach everything God asked then you must understand that you
will enter heaven but by fire and your work (the people) will be
burnt on the lake of fire * If you don’t preach everything,
Destruction of the prophet is possible [acts 14:9] – Don’t just
excite, motivate or make people feel good or just praise & worship
God because that’s not only why churches were established You
should divide the truth and also warn the people about sin – If you
preach these things you’ll be free from any man’s blood but if you
don’t, People will die and go to hell and God will hold you
responsible [Ezekiel 3:18-19] When I say unto the wicked, Thou
shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to
warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same
wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at
thine hand. Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his
wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity;
but thou hast delivered thy soul. [acts 20:26-27] Wherefore I take
you to record this day, that I am pure from the blood of all men.
For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God.
[Revelation 22:19] And if any man shall take away from the words
of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of
the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things
which are written in this book. When Jesus was leaving the earth,
he didn’t appoint a worship leader but a chief apostle and charged
them to feed his sheep, The only way you can be free from blood
guiltiness is to declare the whole counsel. Everything Jesus
preached, preach it. There are times you preach certain things not
for the crowd but to save yourself from the people’s blood.
