The president of the Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleman has condemned those who choose to remain in an abusive relationship.
Rights activists have urged victims to quit an abusive relationship for the sake of their safety, and narratives of one couple killing another in a case of domestic violence has been rift in recent times.
The cleric, in a tweet on Monday, described a person who decides to remain in an abusive relationship as no longer a victim but a volunteer.
